I am an experienced counselling psychologist specialising in adult and, child & adolescent mental health difficulties. I have worked in NHS Adult Mental Health Services and am now working in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) for many years. I am able to offer appointments for adults, young adults and children & families.
I specialise in assessing and offering therapy for all mental health difficulties, but particularly:

My work is mostly grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Systemic/Family Therapy. I have extensive training in DBT and treating Eating Disorders. As a registered psychologist with over 15 years of NHS experience, I would work towards a shared understanding of your distress and agree a treatment plan, matching the therapy model to your needs.
I integrate therapeutic models and draw from my experience to offer a compassionate and transparent therapeutic relationship, aimed at working to meet the client's needs.
