Hello and welcome. Are you finding life challenging right now? Or perhaps you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, or other emotional stresses. I believe that authentic connection with ourselves and others can contribute to our peace of mind and is essential to our emotional well-being and personal growth. Whatever you need to bring to the space, I will provide a relational, non-judgemental environment to explore alongside you.

Relational counselling focuses on the therapeutic relationship and through this collaboration we will explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours without judgement or shame, in a safe environment. Your own unique experience and perspectives will be honoured, and I am committed to supporting you on a journey towards emotional resilience and self-belief.

My goal is to create a safe environment where we connect through active listening, empathy and collaborative partnership. A space that is yours for you to explore your relational patterns, inner child, and emotional needs. I will gently challenge you during our time together, encouraging self-compassion and increased awareness.
