I work with adults using a holistic approach who are feeling stuck. Many people are struggling with depression, stress, anxiety, and burnout. Some people are turning to alcohol, drugs or other addictive behaviours such as doom scrolling. I specialise in working with people who are worrying they aren’t managing their mental health and who may have experienced trauma, I offer an entirely non-judgemental, confidential, compassionate and safe space to talk about some of these things and help you to identify what changes you would like to make. I also specialise in working with ADHD and offering post-diagnostic support.
I have 21 years post qualification experience working in the NHS, private sector and in private practice. I use a variety of models and techniques in my day to day practice including motivational interviewing, CBT, ACT, psychodynamic and relational attachment based approaches. I also specialise in working with ADHD using a neuro-affirmative approach.
