I am a Clinical Psychologist and EMDR therapist. I am passionate about working alongside people to enable them to achieve meaningful, long-lasting change by using evidence-based psychological therapy. I have experience working across the lifespan with a range of mental health difficulties and physical health settings within the NHS and charity sectors. I have predominately worked with people experiencing PTSD or complex trauma as well as long-term health conditions.
I work using a collaborative, flexible approach to support the unique aspects of each individual. I adopt an integrative approach to understanding and responding to each client. My work is influenced by EMDR, CFT, CBT and ACT. I work with individuals to support their own understanding of themselves and work towards the goals that are meaningful to them.
I place a lot of value on the therapeutic relationship and believe it is important for you to find a good 'fit'.
