Not accepting new clients
I am a Clinical Psychologist and EMDR therapist working with people experiencing difficulties such as complex trauma/PTSD, long-term health conditions and adjustment to diagnosis, anxiety, low self-esteem, and depression. I am passionate about working alongside people to enable them to achieve meaningful, long-lasting change by using evidence-based psychological therapy. I have experience working with a large range of mental health difficulties over the last 10 years; both within the NHS and private settings.
I work using a collaborative and flexible approach to support the unique aspects of each individual. I adopt an integrative approach to understanding and responding to each client. My work is influenced by ACT, EMDR, and CBT. I work with individuals to support their own understanding of themselves and work towards the goals that are meaningful to them.
I place a lot of value on the therapeutic relationship and believe it is important for you to find a good 'fit'. Please do get in touch to arrange an initial phone conversation where I can explain what I offer and you have the opportunity to ask questions. I can provide a confidential, safe, calm and understanding space.
