About
The fact that you're reading this suggests to me that you are going through some difficult challenges in your life and are looking for someone who may be able to help or support you. Maybe you have suffered a bereavement having recently lost a loved one, and are struggling to make sense of your loss or are finding it difficult to reach out to family and friends who don't seem to understand. Maybe you are suffering from anxiety or depression, struggling with stresses at work or difficulties in your relationships. You may just be looking for a space to be heard, to be you, to not feel that you being judged by others.
I'm a person centred Counsellor, supervisor and ex nurse, with many years experience of supporting and helping people with a variety of problems. I have worked in both the NHS, primary care and the charity sector, most recently counselling patients in an NHS hospital, with life threatening diagnosis such as Cancer. I also volunteer for Cruse Bereavement.
Does any of this sound like you ? if so, then I'd like to try to help. I offer a safe confidential space either online or by telephone, where I will invite you to be yourself, to share those difficult conversations and hopefully, between us we can aim to get you emotionally to the place you'd like to be.
