Feeling alone with your thoughts? Whether something is happening now in your life, or something from the past is holding you back, I offer a supportive and compassionate approach where you can explore your feelings and experiences, where you can be yourself and feel understood. I offer concessions to students over the age of 18. Availability as of Jan 2025 is Monday and Tuesday daytimes only. Waiting list for other days and times.

I can help with current life stresses, grief, anxiety, low mood, processing past experiences, changing unhelpful patterns, improving relationships and increasing self-awareness, self compassion and understanding.

If therapy is new to you, it's normal to feel uncertain. I'm here to help you through the process and will answer any questions you may have.
