As a qualified psychologist and therapist, I specialize in helping individuals navigate a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. With over 20 years of experience working in Mental Health and community services, my approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) and mindfulness techniques to create personalized treatment plans.
