For many years there has been a lot of stigma around mental health & therapy and even more so within Black & Ethnic Minority communities. This has stopped so many people from seeking the help that they need and often means that people have reached burnout before speaking up or asking for help. I believe that therapy is for all and my passion is to make it accessible to all. If this is resonating with you in any way, know that there is no shame in reaching out. Sometimes speaking to someone you don't already know can give you the freedom and clarity you need, without the pressure of seeming to have it all together.
I support people through a range of different difficulties through medium to long-term therapy, covering but not limited to tricky life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, bereavement, relational difficulties, low self esteem, identity and self discovery. I also offer couples counselling and family therapy.
