I provide safe, confidential and professional psychological therapy which aims to help people to learn to listen and communicate better with their emotions, reflect on their experiences, understand patterns of thoughts and behaviors which may be problematic, and support themselves by investing on the voyage towards self-awareness and self-care. My empathetic approach doesn’t involve judgments of any kind.
My aim is to support individuals to explore and feel their emotions, even if that sometimes can be a bit painful, in order for them to be free from their problems, life events, negative thoughts, emotions, unresolved issues and stressful situations.
I prioritise respecting client’s autonomy in the choice of treatment, as every client’s need would be much different and complex than anyone else. That’s why a variety of different models of counselling, will be offered to them, in order to work with the ones that they feel right and match the needs of the individual.
