With over eighteen years as a therapist and over twenty-five years membership of the British Psychological Society (with a degree in psychology and masters in cognitive science) I have the knowledge and experience to offer a high level service.
NB I also see BUPA clients and can offer online and walking therapy too.
I have many years experience providing a service to people from all works of life and feel that my speciality is people, as I recognise that we are all unique. In this sense I believe that treating the individual with a variety of techniques is more effective than trying to fit the client to a single technique. In other words I use an integrated approach.
