I'm a BACP registered Integrative Counsellor supporting adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, low-mood, low confidence or self-esteem, anger issues, panic attacks, relationships, racism, LGBTQ+, work, family and school life difficulties. Life happens, at times not in a good way. We wear a public face concealing a very personal struggle. I offer the needed personal space to express those deep innermost feelings without doubt or judgement.
I help to untangle the troubling problems, often forcing clients to hide the innermost true self. This may lead to better relationships with others and ourselves, and a healthier, more authentic way of being. These problems can feel unmanageable on your own. I aim to offer a safe trusting, empathic, non-judgemental and respectful counselling relationship.
At the core of my practice is the counselling relationship, a powerful force for change. I work collaboratively with you through this relationship; we explore the challenges you may be confronted with. Emotionally present with you throughout our work, we discover ways to address the past and present, allowing the emotional shift you may be seeking.
