Psychotherapy is a tool for self-discovery and understanding of self and others. Life is a continuous journey of ups and downs. I have training in Person-Centred, Gestalt, but my main approach is Transactional Analysis. I work with diversity (race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, neurodiversity), understanding, empathy, warmth and authonomy. In the sessions I combine a range of skills, working together with couples and individuals at their own peace.
