Life is a journey of discovery of the self, and diversity is the beauty of this world. Who a person is and what makes them happy is unique and most of the time different from others. Being truthful to self brings resilience, but even so, life can be a continuous challenge. Maybe right now you feel you are on the journey of self-discovery, or you want to start it. Perhaps, you are facing some new or old challenges in life that you want to overcome, control, get the better outcome of it, or get over it. Or you want to make some sense of some old matters that still influence your life, or to take control of some ongoing ones.
I have training in Person-Centred, Gestalt but my main approach will be Transactional Analysis. It is important to me to work with diversity (race, gender, sexual orientation, religion or non-religion), understanding, empathy, warmth and authonomy. In the sessions I combine a range of skills, working together with couples and individuals at their own peace.
