I'm an experienced and fully qualified psychotherapist working in person in Yeovil, and online. I offer weekly sessions, working with adults who are seeking a warm, holding space where they can be met with compassion and feel safe to explore what issues they might be experiencing.
Trained in Humanistic-Integrative Psychotherapy, I draw from a wide range of theories and research to offer different lens' through which we might understand why people feel the way they do, while giving space for simply experiencing those feelings.
I believe its important to meet each person where they are in the moment, and instead of having a fixed idea of what needs to change, explore what they are actually experiencing. I hold a compassionate curiousity that invites clients to feel safe in our relationship, creating a foundation to look at what feels disjointed or inauthentic in your life.
Whether you've experienced trauma, depression or are struggling with a chronic illness or difficulties around neurodivergent experiencing, I can help you explore those in a non-judgemental space. Together we can understand how the different parts of you interact, allowing you to build a new relationship with yourself, and others.
