I am a qualified Clinical and Forensic Psychologist with over 22 years experience of working therapeutically with a broad range of clients. I have a warm, non-judgemental and down to earth approach encouraging people to just be themselves during therapy. I use a range of therapeutic techniques, depending upon your needs and preferences.
It is not unusual to feel nervous about the idea of psychotherapy. A good therapist is respectful of your needs and the pace at which you are comfortable progressing in therapy.
