I am a friendly and professionally qualified counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor. I help people manage depression, anxiety, stress, anger and relationship issues. I also help people explore issues of gender and sexuality, offering a supportive and confidential space. I have a warm, relaxed approach and will try to help you feel as comfortable as possible. My aim is to understand you and your unique situation, and to help you with the issues that you may be struggling with, in order to help you resolve them. Counselling facilitates self awareness, enabling your own capacity for healing, growth and change.
I have completed a Diploma in Supervision and have space for new supervisees. I offer a supervision online, or in person at my office in Harrogate. Happy to have an initial chat on the phone so that we can assess if we may be a good fit.
