The Perinatal Period is a transformative time, which can bring about a variety of emotions such as anxiety, fear, ambivalence and overwhelm. I am here to support you in navigating what can be a difficult journey from challenges with conceiving, perinatal loss, fear of birth, associated trauma and postnatal hurdles. I am a Clinical Psychologist with 15 years experience of working in the NHS, five of which have been in a Specialist Perinatal Mental Health Team. I will work with you to identify your therapy goals, make sense of your current distress and make the positive changes you hope for in improving your perinatal mental health.
