Hi, I'm Nicola, I'm a Relational-Humanistic Psychotherapist. I help individuals and couples work on their relationships with themselves and others so they can live a more content and connected life. This can look like self-reflection, exploring attachment, emotions and needs or resolving anxieties or trauma to help you live a more connected and fulfilled life.
Sessions with me look like delving into your inner world and exploring what drives and influences you, both consciously and unconsciously. I believe that the experiences of our past impact our future, but with self-compassion and awareness meaningful change can happen and move us towards being more connected with ourselves and others.
