I have extensive experience supporting children and young people, their parents/carers, and neurodivergent individuals of all ages who are experiencing psychological difficulties and difficulties in their everyday lives. I specialise in diagnostic assessments for Autism and ADHD.
I take an holistic and collaborative approach to therapy, drawing upon a range of therapeutic models, to support people presenting with a range of psychological difficulties. I also provide coaching to individuals with ADHD to develop personalised strategies for improving time management, organisation and emotion regulation.
I have extensive experience of working with children, young people and adults presenting with a range of psychological difficulties. I specialise in working with neurodivergent individuals and draw upon a range of evidence based therapies to support individuals to achieve their goals. I also offer specialist diagnostic assessments for Autism and ADHD.
