Welcome to my profile. Combining psycho-educational, psychodynamic, dialectical- and cognitive-behavioural, humanistic, sleep and somatic tools, I can tailor your treatment to your needs. I help clients feel safe in session to identify their triggers and process their stories underneath. When we get things well managed, more felt-safety in the brain and body, as well as healthy coping strategies introduced, clients who work with me have increased self-awareness, self-esteem and self-care practices, as well as improved psychological, physical and social health and wellbeing.
I can hold space while you process things, or if you prefer I can teach you resilience-building, grounding, (dis)stress tolerance & emotion regulation skills - or both. There tends to be a psychoeducational element to therapy with me. My integrative approach empowers you to use therapy as a vehicle for change and bring about safety internally & externally.
