Having worked extensively in specialist NHS services for more than 12 years, as well as Post Adoption services in Kent, I am experienced in working with a wide range of concerns and difficulties. I am currently a Senior Psychotherapist in NHS Secondary Care Psychology and specialise in supporting individuals presenting with complex trauma and attachment based issues. I am passionate about providing a safe, reliable space within which clients can develop an understanding of their unique experiences and begin to explore ways in which they might wish to move forwards or feel empowered to make changes.
I am a fully accredited psychoanalytic/psychodynamic psychotherapist registered with UKCP, as well as full clinical member of the Forum for Independent Psychotherapists. In addition to this I am a fully trained EMDR Therapist and member of the EMDR Association UK, as well as an MBT Advanced Practitioner trained at the Anna Freud Centre in London.
