My approach is kind, reflective, and relational, supporting you to make sense of what feels difficult and move toward clarity, self-understanding, and change at your own pace.
I work with adult individuals from all backgrounds, with particular experience in supporting people living with ADHD, those affected by narcissistic abuse, grief and life transitions; all recognised situations that bring about anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. My approach is primarily person-centred, drawing on solution-focused therapy where helpful.
My services are open to all adults, supporting a wide range of issues. Realising that you need more than the help you have now, and that yor are ready to contact a therapist means you have already taken steps to move on with your life.
