Hello, I'm a UKCP and BACP registered child and adolescent psychotherapist. I work with children, young people and young adults aged 5–25, offering creative, relational, and trauma-informed therapy. My work supports young people in making sense of their feelings, behaviours and relationships — helping them grow in confidence, self-awareness and connection. I offer a non-judgmental space for young people to explore difficult feelings, develop resilience, and build a stronger sense of self. My aim is to meet each child or young person with sensitivity, creativity and care — helping them feel seen and supported.
I support those facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, low mood, emotional dysregulation, family conflict, school difficulties, identity and self-esteem issues, bereavement, separation, and trauma. I work with both neurotypical and neurodivergent young people and adapt the therapy to meet their individual needs.
Each therapeutic journey is tailored with sensitivity to the needs of the young person and those around them. Alongside individual therapy, I also can support parents and carers to strengthen understanding and connection within the family.
