About
I wish you during these extraordinary times of Covid - and any other challenges - the very best for yourself and those close to you. My practice is open by for in person and video sessions. I am here for you to talk about your emotional, psychological and spiritual/transpersonal and mindfulness issues. I taught at Universities and present at conferences. With 25+ years of practice I offer you a fully confidential space to explore your feelings and thoughts e.g. about anxiety, depression, suicide, relationships, boredom, death and dying, and meaning in life. And I am here for you for any other issue you wish to talk about.
My approach is interactive. With my vast clinical experience and additional trainings annually, I remain human in our dialogues. I put your uniqueness first. In a safe environment and trusting therapeutic relationship you can discuss your innermost thoughts, feelings and beliefs, where I accept you the way you are and support you in what you wish to change.
For your wellbeing I find it important that we 'get on', 'get each other' and that you can make an informed choice. Please email me or call me for a free about 10 minutes chat to find out more about my service and to discuss any 'admin' things upfront for clarity from the start. That way we can focus upon your reasons for coming in your first session.
