My therapeutic approach integrates counselling, hypnotherapy and EMDR. Together, we can work through emotional wounds, heal from trauma, and change negative behaviours. By uncovering internal resources, you gain freedom, capability, and insight, steering your life towards a fulfilling path.
I offer both long-term and short-term therapy, with sessions held on a weekly basis. My services are available both in person and online. Conveniently located just a 10-minute car journey from Uttoxeter and Ashbourne and within 20 minutes from Stoke-on-Trent, Burton on Trent, and Derby.
