I believe in the transformative power of creative expression and the importance of building trust within a therapeutic relationship. Using a pluralistic framework, I integrate evidence-based approaches including art making, Brainspotting, and trauma-informed practices to meet each person's unique needs.
As an HCPC registered Art Psychotherapist and member BAAT, IACAT, and Registered member of BACP, I bring extensive experience, with 15 years in community, educational and therapeutic settings.
