I know how important it is to find a breathing space to process what is happening when you are living with chaos and uncertainty
I am interested in how your current thinking and behaviour are affected by the environment and culture in which you grew up and now live. People say that I am good at helping to clarify and manage fuzzy or confusing thoughts and feelings. Together we will use interesting and creative ways to explore whatever is bothering you at your own pace.
Counselling helped me to rediscover my identity and direction in a period of significant change and loss. I love it when clients find purpose and direction in their lives as they flourish and grow in new ways. Having spent more than 10 years in China, I speak good Mandarin Chinese and love Sichuan food!
