I have been practising as a Counsellor for over 18 years and I am a Registered Member of the BACP. There are times in our lives when we feel unable to cope. Problems may arise and we may need help and space to think through ways of moving forward. It may be painful memories from the past, events in the present or worries about the future. I can help you to make sense of how you're feeling in a safe, confidential and non judgemental environment.
I have experience in working with both adults and young people (8-18 yrs) in such settings as the NHS, GP Surgeries, Mental Health Service, schools/colleges and in private practice. Some of the issues I work with include; stress, anxiety, trauma, self harm, anger, depression, relationship issues, bullying, issues of Physical/emotional abuse & bereavement.
My Counselling practice is within easy reach of Bexley, Sidcup, Swanley and surrounding areas. There is ample parking. My fees are £45 per session.
