I’m an integrative therapist with extensive experience supporting adults through a wide range of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and bereavement. I’m also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), a highly effective approach for those affected by trauma and PTSD.
My work combines evidence-based methods with compassion and curiosity, helping you reconnect with your own resilience and capacity for change. Together, we’ll look at what you need right now and what may help you move forward with greater understanding and ease. The base line however, is that you are always the expert of you.
