My name is Nicola, I'm a qualified relationship and psychosexual therapist. For the foreseeable future I am working online. I am also a qualified NLP coach. I see couples and individuals for short or long-term psychosexual and relationship therapy. My approach is integrative. I help with rebuilding intimacy, mismatched desire, affairs and betrayals, loss, relationship difficulties, , open-relating, sexual problems, self esteem and confidence.
My special interests include attachment, voice dialogue, mindfulness and family systems. My specialism is helping couples and individuals with sexual and relationship issues to overcome problems by creating a safe space to explore complex feelings, and develop communication skills and better understanding.
I am a long-time student of mindfulness and meditation and these practices influence my work. I have studied with and inspired by Martha Kuappi, Ellyn Bader, Jan Day and Dr Betty Martin. Some of my favourite inspirational authors and teachers include John Welwood, Esther Perel, Thomas Moore, Hal and Sidra Stone, David Richo.
