Sometimes in life we experience difficult emotions or are troubled with our thoughts. We may repeat patterns of behaviour that are unhelpful for us but we can’t seem to find a new way of being. All this can feel overwhelming and it's difficult to know where to turn. It takes courage to reach out, acknowledge you have difficulties and to ask for help. Talking therapy can be helpful as it gives you a safe space to explore what’s not working for you and find ways to overcome your difficulties so life is worth living again.
I am a registered psychologist with over 20 years experience helping people tackle their problems and develop new pathways in their lives so they can move on positively. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches and I am trained in EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I also specialise in working with people who have experienced trauma.
