I am an Author, Radio Star and Neurodivergent Specialist - ADHD Therapeutic Coach offering therapy and coaching for individuals and couples with an underlying focus on ADHD and Autism. I am passionate about raising awareness of neurodiversity within the workplace and supporting clients to let go of the mask/shame and embrace their authenticity to thrive.
