Although we all face ups and downs throughout life, there are transitional phases which can present challenges to any of us. Be that, teenage years and into adulthood, or physical and emotional changes experienced by women each month, peri/post-natal and menopause. You may be struggling with an undiagnosed disorder or have been diagnosed, finding it difficult to come to terms with, and wondering what this means for you going forward. I also work with older adults who are transitioning into the latter part of their life and the challenges this can bring. These transitions can produce feelings of anxiety, depression and feeling stuck.
I am a dual-qualified Psychotherapist and Coach with an integrative approach, combining psychological methods and therapeutic coaching. This approach addresses past and present issues while using coaching principles to support growth, self-development, and movement toward a more positive sense of self in a collaborative and personalised way together.
Many of these transitions are associated with emotional change and sometimes we just need someone to walk with us on that part of the journey to acknowledge our difficulties and help steer the ship through the storm to a calmer place.
