I help couples, individuals and families to understand, make sense and bring meaning to their lives, behaviours and how these impact their relationships.
Working relationally sometimes takes us out of our comfort zones, but knowing ourselves can be the key to living our best lives.
My current study is taking me into the world of compulsive sexual behaviour (CSB) and from December I will start assessing individual clients for suitability for this therapy. I will be offering CSB therapy at a reduced rate until I finish my training. Please get in contact should you wish to explore this area with me.
