If you are looking for someone with many years of professional experience qualified and professional with a kind, compassionate manner I can help. I have experience with diagnosed mental health issues and everyday struggles with relationships, feeling sad, depressed, anxious and pre occupied with worries. Confidential and private in a relaxed atmosphere.

I qualified as a mental health nurse in 1984 adding the Dip in 2000 and have several certificates in therapies and supervision. Most recently the integrative counselling which enables me to draw on a variety of skills and experience to meet individual needs. I will help you feel comfortable to trust me & communicate your concerns in the therapy space.

I offer a 30 min free introduction and suggest you research counsellors for the right person. I understand you may be apprehensive even if you have had therapy before. There is no obligation, I want you to feel comfortable and at ease with any decision to start sessions. These can be focused and short term 6 to 8 weeks or open ended reviewed as we go.
