Maybe you would like to learn more about coping with overwhelming feelings or work on self-worth, setting boundaries and moving forwards embracing change.
My therapy space is a lovely little calm space in the heart of North Shields.
I offer an integrative approach to counselling including humanistic approaches, psychodynamic counselling, CBT and creative counselling techniques. I work with clients with a range of emotional and psychological concerns. You set the agenda and pace of the sessions, and as I work integratively, you can have choice in the way we work together.
Together we can work to help you find insight and a deeper understanding of why you are feeling the way you are. We can explore what has brought you to counselling in a way that can help you to make sense of what you are experiencing. I can support you to find out what you need to live the life that you desire and understand your feelings and behaviours.
