I am a qualified and experienced psychotherapeutic counsellor supporting people who are anxious or grieving, frightened, traumatised, struggling & in distress. I offer a warm welcome, an open heart & time & space to be with you, to be alongside you for as long or as short a period as you need. I offer warmth, genuineness, acceptance and a safe space to help you cope with your distress and pain, to help you find a way through; and I aim to tailor sessions to your needs and life to ensure you get the best out of our time together.

I hold face to face, online and phone therapy sessions from my counselling suite at Tong Hall, an 18th century former manor house in beautiful grounds in the Tong Village conservation area (BD4 0RR).
I will never judge you, and will support you absolutely. I work with clients suffering from the impact of trauma, grief, anxiety & depression; those who have suffered mental, physical or sexual abuse; those living with bereavement, & I also help people with low self-esteem, & those who are suffering from work, health, age or family-related issues.
