Hello and welcome, my name is Nicola. I am a qualified and experienced psychotherapist and relationship counsellor. I support and work with individuals and couples who are experiencing a wide range of issues from, anxiety, depression, addictions, relationship issues, separation, divorce, low self-esteem, anger and bereavement. I have worked in a variety of settings including the Relate institute, counselling agencies, and as part of a mental health team. I now work mainly in private practice. My practices are situated in Coulsdon Surrey CR5 and Balham.London SW17.
I use a psychodynamic approach which recognises that current difficulties can be linked to earlier life experiences. I also work within an integrative model which includes aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and humanistic. This means I use different theoretical models as appropriate to each person's individual issues.
