As an integrative practitioner, I can provide you with a space to meet your needs using trauma-focussed approach to help you process historical experiences. The first few sessions will focus on safety and stability, before moving onto work with memories from the past. I work collaboratively with my clients to ensure they get what they need from therapy.
The clients I work with have often experienced childhood trauma, attachment disruption and have dissociative symptoms. I am happy to offer a free 30-minute telephone consultation so you have the opportunity to ask me questions and decide whether I may be the best practitioner to help you.
