I am an experienced person-centred counsellor, supporting adults, couples and children & young people through Mind, Cruse, Eye to Eye and private work. I have supported clients presenting with anxiety, depression, low-self esteem and bereavement, and am also certified in Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Rewind Therapy that treats experienced trauma.
