Hello I'm Nikki, a very warm welcome to you. I am a qualified Humanistic Counsellor with a background in working with anxiety, depression, stress and relationship difficulties. Providing a safe, confidential, warm and non judgemental space, I can help you to understand your feelings and move forwards. I offer a 30 minute free of charge telephone or online consultation. Looking for support can be quite daunting and you may feel apprehensive about sharing your feelings however, I would encourage you to get in touch and see if I could be the right counsellor for you.
I believe the relationship between us is fundamental to supporting you in your journey. I am a qualified Humanistic Gestalt counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the Hampshire Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (HACP). I am warm, approachable and relaxed with a sense of humour.
My experience includes working with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, suicidal ideation, addiction, self-harm, bereavement, relationship breakdown and harassment. I volunteer for a charity working with people affected by crime and traumatic incidents.
