Hi, I'm Nicola, a qualified Person-Centred counsellor. Do you experience times when things just get too much and although you may have a good network of family, friends or colleagues you just need a safe space where you can go to talk, not be judged and know that whatever is spoken about is confidential. Whatever is troubling you may stem from your childhood, a relationship, a traumatic event or something else but whatever it is, this maybe preventing you from living your life to the full. The first step can be daunting, but together we can explore your thoughts, your feelings which will enable you to gain a greater self worth.
I am able to offer you a safe space to confidently explore whatever is troubling you, all at your own pace. Through our therapeutic relationship you will find your own answers and become the best version of you. I will support you, walk with you and actively listen as you gain the strength to become self-aware, more confident, know your worth and be happy.
Through a non-judgmental, accepting relationship you will feel relaxed and able to share whatever it is that you wish to bring to our sessions with a confidence that you will achieve a happier you, greater self awareness and live your life with courage.
