Do you feel that something is not right in your life but don't fully understand it, and have no one to talk to about it? Are you feeling overwhelmed? I help adults make positive changes in their lives through counselling. I use a person centred and integrative approach which means that I draw on a number of different theories and practices to tailor something that best fits you. In a non-judgemental way I will help you explore your thoughts, feelings and issues eventually moving to a point where together we can identify ways to help you move forward.
I have experience of working with a range of issues including: Abuse (sexual, emotional and physical), Anger, Anxiety, Child Related Issues, Depression, Low Self Confidence and Esteem, Panic Attacks, Phobias, Relationship Issues, Self Harm, Stress, Work Related Issues. I have a special interest in working with stress, anxiety and depression.
I offer a confidential service in a private, professional and safe environment. Car parking available. I am a member of the BACP and an accredited member of the National Counselling Society, and I have professional indemnity insurance. I can offer appointments on week days and evenings.
