Hi, I’m Nicola, and I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor based in Peterborough. I currently have availability to see new clients in-person or online. Are you feeling overwhelmed? Maybe things seem to bother you more than they did before and you don't know why? Or you find yourself withdrawing from things that used to give you joy? Do you want to better understand your reactions, have space to explore your fears and worries?
I aim to connect with my clients in a way that makes them feel safe to share their story, of who they are. I work with them to connect the pieces of the puzzle, and begin to better understand themselves. This might be by exploring attachment patterns and relationships. Or helping you to understand your feelings.
I know beginning counselling can be scary and daunting, facing the unknown in many ways. I will listen, and give you the space you might not have now. I provide a non-judgemental and compassionate space to do this. I look forward to hearing from you and we can then take it from there.
