As an Autistic and ADHD adult, I combine professional expertise with lived experience to support neurodivergent people struggling with anxiety, trauma, masking, emotional dysregulation, rejection sensitivity, low self-esteem, identity and burnout.
I provide ADHD assessments, psychotherapy and coaching to help clients understand themselves, build confidence and thrive.
I specialise in supporting children, teens and adults with ADHD, Autism, anxiety, low self-esteem, masking, identity, emotional regulation and rejection sensitivity (RSD). I also offer EMDR therapy for trauma and addiction. My approach is warm, neuro -affirming and compassionate, helping clients feel understood, empowered and confident in who they are.
