I am BACP registered integrative therapist. You will be invited to explore yourself as a whole person including the parts of yourself and your history that may be difficult to explore, and the patterns of behaviour that are troubling you.
I have extensive experience in the field of addiction, including working in a rehab as well as a drug & alcohol agency
I offer face to face meeting in cosy and convenient settings in North Cornwall as well as online, and "walk & talk" therapy in Nature.
Sessions are usually weekly or fortnightly and we can mix and match modalities.
