I’m a counselling psychologist specialising in trauma, attachment, and identity. Many people I work with have already tried to understand things on their own or had therapy before, but still feel stuck. My approach focuses on moving beyond coping, towards understanding patterns, emotions, and how experiences are held in the body.
Our work is collaborative and paced carefully. I use trauma-focused approaches that help you feel more grounded, regulated, and connected to yourself.
