About
A warm welcome. If you feel you need someone to talk to, and are feeling overwhelmed or struggling within yourself, relationships, and the world, I know how painful it can be. You do not need to suffer alone. I am Nicky Sinclair, a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is an evidence based therapy used for a wide range of mental health conditions including Anxiety Disorders, Fear, Depression/Low Mood, Perfectionism, Grief and Bereavement, Phobias, Stress, Self Esteem, Anger Issues, and Trauma Related Difficulties.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an evidence based talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think, feel and behave. CBT focuses on changing our automatic negative thoughts. One of the benefits of CBT is that it helps you to develop coping skills that can help you now and in the future.
As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, whilst working with my clients, in a safe confidential, and accepting environment, my approach is supportive and compassionate. I believe this will help my clients on their journey of self discovery, growth and change. To enable you to reach your aims, we will work together collaboratively in a trusting environment.
