I offer you a safe space to talk about the difficulties you experience, work on improving your mental health and overall quality of life.

I am a Clinical Psychologist and a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist registered with both the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I am able to provide therapy for children, young people and adults
I currently offer sessions virtually but am also able to facilitate in-person sessions within the Southampton area if you require via attending my clinic or I can visit you at your home. I realise sessions during 9-5 aren't always possible for people, so my working hours include evenings and weekends
