My name is Nicky Daly and I work in a counselling/psychotherapy practice, just 3 minutes drive from J23 of the M1. As a practise we offer short and long term therapy for individuals, couples and children. We have over 30 years experience supporting people in distress.
What Can I offer you? Help identifying ways forward: Help to take that all important step forward with support. Help you make sense of and unravel the difficulties you're struggling with. Help to understand yourself and your relationships with others. We are the sum total of all we have known, and understanding ourselves is as important as learning to fix us
